We want you to love your Pink Palm Puff pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale to ensure the highest quality for our community.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition, then securely seal the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
